Sorry to say, but if the decals are under the
clear there is no way to get them off with out
ruining the paint. Even with a solvent that would
eat thru the clear, it would almost undoubtably
eat thru the paint. I've been painting cars and
motor cylcles for quite some time. You can
however, have flames larger than the decals
painted over top, wich should be the least expensive!
